About the Team
Dave Reinauer – Owner and General Manager (East Region)
Dave managed over 500 towers in the Mid-Atlantic Region as the regional sales and operations manager for Crown Castle USA, one of the world’s largest tower companies. Prior to Crown Castle USA, Mr. Reinauer worked as a Site Acquisition Manager for Verizon Wireless, one of largest Wireless Company in the United States. Dave has over 17 years of industry experience. Dave resides in Annapolis, MD with his wife, Jacque and two lovely daughters, Caitlyn and Paige
Bill Nevin – General Manager (West Region)
Bill has over 23 years in real estate and telecommunications experience. Bill was the Director of Real Estate for American Tower Corporation handling all west coast real estate operations. His experience includes contract negotiation, zoning, site audits and special projects. Bill is an Eagle Scout, is married with four children and enjoys playing golf.
Harold Strong – General Manager (Central Region)
Over the past 20 years, Harold has performed and managed real estate, zoning, permitting and construction services for the wireless industry throughout the United States. After serving in the military and graduating college, Harold began his wireless career with Minerich Inc. as a wireless property leasing specialist and soon became involved in all disciplines of the industry. Harold presently resides in the Annapolis, Maryland area, but also has a home and family in Kentucky. Harold enjoys both writing and playing music as well as outdoor activities such as golf and archery.
